- Our future growth is based on our ability to innovate and build value propositions for our customers and their consumers. We need a mindset of innovation and strategy, capable of transforming our deep expertise in fragrance design, technology, digital and health & wellbeing into unique solutions for our customers. This job offers you the opportunity to be at the heart of this great collective ambition.- As an Innovation Manager, and part of the European Creative Centre for Consumer Products, you will need to find solutions to strategic challenges requiring a perfect understanding of stakeholders. You will work closely with the category teams to translate trends, consumer needs and Givaudan unique capabilities into concrete olfactive business opportunities and fragrance solutions while defining the best value for Givaudan and for our customers.- Sounds interesting? - Manage cross category projects aiming at providing concrete solutions to identified issues
- Lead the innovation for our customers by building a portfolio of fragrance solutions able to generate a strong value for their consumers
- Drive internal research programs aiming at identifying new benefits for consumers
- Manage the implementation of digital solutions for our development teams or for our customers
- Close involvement in the trend program
- Contribute to find relevant solutions to empower our sales and marketing teams

- Graduate or higher degree;
- 5 years + experience in Marketing or Consumer Market Insights
- Fluency in written and spoken English. French is recommended
- A combination of an innovative mindset and strategic vision displaying out of the box thinking balancing both rationale and creative.
- An ability to understand the needs of Givaudan, of consumers, of our customers
- Good presentation skills
- Networking skills
