**YOUR MISSION**:

- You will join the Paris office of a world-renowned international studio that excels in producing cutting-edge immersive and interactive experiences. As a **Senior Project Manager**, you will lead high-impact multimedia projects (often large-scale B2C) from concept to delivery, ensuring their financial viability, operational excellence, and international reach.
- You will act as the liaison between local and international teams, maintaining a coherent vision of the projects and ensuring rigorous follow-up on budgets, schedules, and reporting.
- Your role combines strategic multi-project management, business acumen, and excellence in project execution: you are both a conductor, an analyst, and a growth partner.

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Reporting to the Producer and working closely with the creative, production, and technical direction teams, you will:

- Oversee the entire lifecycle of multimedia and immersive projects — from concept to operation — in direct collaboration with the assigned producers and the international production team.
- Develop and monitor project budgets (P&L, margins, forecasts), ensuring detailed financial and operational tracking at every stage.
- Supervise schedules, human resources, and deliverables while ensuring consistency between creative vision, technical execution, and business objectives.
- Ensure contractual compliance of all commitments with clients and partners.
- Represent the studio with clients and act as the main operational and strategic point of contact.
- Lead and support project coordinators in daily management and project documentation.
- Supervise the selection and negotiation of key vendors and subcontractors, in collaboration with the production teams.
- Produce project reports and final assessments.
- Contribute to the development and scaling of projects by participating in the definition of new approaches, formats, or business models.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in business, project management, engineering, or a related field.
- ** 7 to 10 years of experience** managing complex projects (in multimedia, culture, entertainment, technology, or B2C sectors).
- Strong financial analysis skills, advanced Excel modeling, and P&L tracking experience.
- Proven experience in multi-entity and international reporting, ideally between Europe and North America.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with multimillion-dollar budgets.
- Good understanding of ticketing systems, audience engagement, and B2C business models.
- Comfortable working in matrix organizations and within transforming structures.
- Fluency in both **French and English**, written and spoken.

- Projects primarily located in **Europe and the Middle East**, with occasional collaborations in **Asia**.
- Schedule flexibility required to accommodate international time zones.
