You will be a key player in orchestrating and delivering these transformative projects to our clients. Purpose & ResponsibilitiesProject LeadershipTake ownership of end-to-end project management, leveraging Agile principles, from initiation to closure, ensuring objectives are met with excellence, timelines are adhered to, and project budgets are actively monitored and controlled.Client RelationsServe as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Understand their needs, communicate progress, and manage expectations.Team CoordinationAssemble and lead cross-functional teams, including consultants, architects and other specialists, to ensure smooth project execution.Scope ManagementDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client requirements.Resource AllocationEfficiently allocate resources, monitor progress, and adapt as needed to meet project goals.Risk AssessmentIdentify potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.Quality AssuranceEnsure the final product meets and exceeds quality standards through meticulous testing and validation.Sales SupportCollaborate with Sales and Delivery Managers to develop high-quality Statements of Work (SoWs), proposals, and other commercial documentation. Contribute to deal shaping by providing delivery insights and risk identification to support successful and profitable engagements.Technical ExpertiseDevelop a deep understanding of our technology stack and solutions to facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholdersDocumentationMaintain comprehensive project documentation, records, and reports.Do you have what it takes to be our future Senior Project Manager?You hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration - or you are PMP certified. You ideally come from a Professional Services environment within a software vendor or consulting firm, and have a proven track record in managing end-to-end projects under fixed-price contracts.Experience in one or more of the following areas is a strong plus:IT Service Management (ITSM)Project & Portfolio Management (PPM)Integration (Infrastructure and/or Software)You're known for your structured approach, strong stakeholder management skills, and ability to balance delivery excellence with customer value.
