We are looking for **a highly data-driven and business-oriented Head of Marketing**, with full autonomy to structure and execute a marketing strategy that delivers measurable and exponential growth.
Marketing is not a support function but a **key revenue driver**, amplifying and accelerating the impact of Sales.
**Your responsibilities**
- Define and execute a highly ROI-driven marketing strategy focused on lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth
- Structure the marketing team and processes with full autonomy: organization, hiring, and tech stack selection
- Ensure predictability in results by building precise acquisition and conversion models with clear, actionable KPIs
- Adopt a full-funnel and data-driven approach, closely tracking key metrics (CAC, LTV, MQLs, pipeline impact, campaign ROI)
- Deploy and optimize HubSpot to automate and scale marketing efforts
- Co-create strategies fully aligned with commercial objectives
- Exponentially boost Sales performance through highly targeted campaigns
- Deliver a constant flow of high-quality leads to the sales team
- Test, iterate, and challenge the status quo: continuously experiment to identify the most high-impact channels and actions.
**Your profile**
- **10+ years of experience in B2B marketing**, with a proven track record in high-growth **SaaS**(ideally €5-15M ARR)
- Significant experience in **scale-ups or startups**, with strong autonomy and execution capabilities
- “Head of Growth” mindset: focused on acquisition, scalability, and performance metrics
- **Extensive international experience**(preferably UK and USA) and a deep understanding of **anglo-saxon marketing** best practices
- Fluent English is a must (daily working language)
- Strong leadership and ownership mentality: ability to build and lead a team while constantly optimizing and challenging the existing strategy
