Senior Head of Product

For a fast-growing company specialised in providing solutions for the control of complex solar power plants called "hybrids ". These are composed - in addition to the solar farm - of energy storage systems in the form of batteries and generators. The objective of these power plants is to reduce the consumption of the carbon unit (diesel generators) by adding a solar power plant. The technology allows to supervise and automatically control these solar hybrid power plants in an efficient way, and its declination in different by-products allows to manage both "simple" type hybrid power plants in self-consumption and more complex power plants of several MWp in grid injection. As the Head of the Product team, you will be playing a critical role in the development of our innovative energy monitoring and control solutions. You will be carrying the following tasks: **Leadership and management** - Participate in all leadership team rituals to define company strategy, improve transversal processes and take part in key company decisions - Manage the product team (Product Owners and Engineers now + new positions to be created) to reach your objectives **Product Strategy** - Build the product roadmap in accordance with our global strategy - Embody product vision and manage communication to explicit the product goals and give visibility on the product roadmap - Ensure our product and solutions are optimal through users feedback, the study of state of the art solutions and the analysis of competitive products **Product development** - Collaborate with the CTO to ensure collaborations between product and tech teams are optimised - Oversee functional specifications to elaborate new features - Ensure product backlogs are well prioritised, transparent and understood - Engineering degree or equivalent with a specialisation in Electrical Engineering, System Engineering, Control Systems or Computer Engineering. - 5+ years of experience in a Product role, ideally in the energy domain. - Previous experience in management. - Indepth knowledge of Agile principles and practices. - Fluency in French - Full professional proficiency in English - Ability to communicate easily (internally and externally) - Ability to share experience to foster the growth of the company and our collaborators Télétravail possible à condition que la personne vienne 3 jours sur Paris toutes les 2 semaines.
