**We are looking for our future Europe Learning & Development Manager**
Reporting to the Vice President Human Resources Europe, you are responsible for the design, implementation, and management of employee development programs across Europe.

You will be in charge of the development and implementation of the learning strategy aligned with business objectives and talents needs. You will implement and foster a learning culture at Europe Level and lead change management initiative across Europe.

Your duties will include the following:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development (L&D) strategy aligned with the group culture guidelines as well with our business requirements tailored to each brand of our portfolio (Citadines, The Crest Collection, Somerset, lyf, The Unlimited Collection).
- Develop L&D programs and create learning material for all properties and corporate teams.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning through new ways of learning: peer to peer, gamification / programming, blended courses, occasional internal trainers,
- Create a uniform onboarding and induction experience.
- Ensure compliance to all relevant health, security and environment management mandatory trainings.
- Collaborate with properties and headquarters to identify training needs through ongoing assessments, feedback mechanisms, performance evaluations and guest feedback, localize content and materials for training programs, ensuring relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with Group standards.
- Design, implement and evaluate training programs for all levels of our company.
- Oversee the delivery of training sessions, utilizing a variety of methods and technologies to engage learners and maximizing learning outcomes.
- Support rebranding operations and our new brand development.
- Manage training budget and monitor it.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records and reporting of all training activities.
- Management of one executive and one apprentice located in Levallois-Perret, France.

Based at the Ascott Limited Europe headquarters in Levallois-Perret (France), you may also have regular local and international travels.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human resources / Education / Business.
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in designing and managing complex educational or training programs across multiple countries or culture.
- Previous experience in hospitality industry.
- Strong experience in international environment and culture exposal.
- Strong understanding of learning principles as well as digital education methods.
- Ability to facilitate training for different leadership levels in English and in French.
- Proficiency in building and implementing strategy as well as in managing projects with practical execution.
- Capacity to deliver and facilitate training sessions.
- Human oriented and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and decisive.
- Organizational and planning skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
