Language Connexion is a committed organization specializing in teaching English from an early age. We recruit, train, and support passionate instructors to deliver English in schools, secondary schools, high schools, and within our partner network.

The position is based in Boulogne-Billancourt (92), 100% on-site, and available immediately.

**What you’ll do with us**

1. _Pedagogical recruitment - You’ll be our talent hunter for English-speaking profiles_
- Identify and recruit profiles : English teachers, international interns, apprentices
- Build a strong talent pool through partnerships with universities and international networks
- Design and launch creative recruitment campaigns on social media

2_. Internal recruitment - Contribute to Language Connexion’s growth_
- Recruit our future internal talents: trainers, sales reps, telemarketers, support roles
- Proactively suggest improvements to HR processes and tools
- Organize the arrival of teachers in France: temporary housing, integration, administrative support
- Act as their key contact during the first weeks
- Ensure they receive all necessary teaching materials

4. _HR management & compliance - Ensure solid and certified processes_
- Manage HR files (contracts, agreements, administrative documents)
- Guarantee Qualiopi compliance (traceability, evidence, quality monitoring)

5. _Coordination & reporting - Work hand in hand with the entire team_
- Collaborate closely with the training, pedagogical, and administrative teams
- Monitor HR KPIs through our internal CRM

**Your profile**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Psychology, or equivalent
- At least 4 years of experience in a recruitment firm, temp agency, or dynamic HR department
- Strong knowledge of multi-channel recruitment, sourcing, and headhunting specific profiles
- Fluent in both French and English (daily communication in both languages)
- Organized, autonomous, detail-oriented, and comfortable with digital tools
- Bonus: experience in education or multicultural environments
