Western Eu Facilities Manager

**Profile**:
He/She will find solutions to the various problems encountered in the field and implement them: attribution of requests for interventions and follow-up of these.
- Professional business development activities on an ongoing basis.
- Provide a professional level of advisory and transactional real estate services to clients (if applicable).
- Bring expertise, in a collaborative context, to various business opportunities led by other employees of the Company.
- Contribute to the control of operating expenses.
- Provide general facilities management services including constant monitoring of the office / facilities
- Play the role of representative to customers, visitors and guests
- Help the regional facilities management team carry out strategic planning to achieve their goals and objectives
- Provide specialized assistance with facilities to the project management team as needed or as requested
- Ensure adequate and efficient administration and maintenance of all security systems
- Manage and maintain small facilities, perform management tasks received and take care of office space used for storage, including vacant offices used as temporary storage and transition space
- Provide assistance with requests, analyzes and reports affecting budgets
- Help review and analyze variances against budgets and report on them
- In collaboration with team members, identify any financial or budgetary problem and find a solution
- Contribute to the achievement of facility-specific savings targets, in order to achieve significant savings for the account
- Assist management and staff with activity reports, budgets, financial systems and procurement as required
- Coordinate and manage facility maintenance and repair services in conjunction with the building / property management company or with third party service provider
- Assist in the coordination and planning of maintenance activities
- Provide direction / information to vendors, facility personnel and service providers as needed to ensure excellent coordination / execution of work in customer environment with minimum disruption
- Assist in the reception and distribution of work requests to technical staff, suppliers or other service providers
- Resolve issues related to all building services, including the following: concierge, food services, coffee services, parking, vending machines, security / distribution of access cards, conference rooms, cubicles, as well as indoor and outdoor furniture, lighting and equipment

To visits sites on a regular basis and build client relationships
To carry out monthly audits and log issues on Corrigo and file in compliance
- Set up preventive, permanent and anticipated maintenance / repair programs

- Minimum of 2 years of experience required in the industry
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills with a strong customer orientation
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong written, verbal and relatable skill
