**Relocation to Portugal is mandatory** We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer. - **Easy online recruitment process (phone call and video interview)**: - **No Experience Needed: What matters are your language skills and willingness to learn new things**: - **Work in Lisbon, Portugal** **Your tasks**: - Log call details into case management systems and provide responses and resolutions to customers. - Aim for the highest Customer Satisfaction scores by actively updating customers on status and resolution progress. - Deliver customer service for post-sales requests including delivery, warranties, and refunds. - Provide inbound sales support and promote products to increase revenue while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. - Log and follow up on orders or requests, capturing all required data elements in CRM as mandated by clients, policies, and products. **What you need**: - Fluency in French language (must be at least C2) - At least B2 level in the English language. - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively **What you will gain**: - Full time contract signed with a Portuguese employer - Salary of 900€ gross x 14 months - Performance Bonus - 100€ x 12 months - Meal Allowance (net) 7.23€ per day - Transport allowance - 20€ per month - Health Insurance Since day 1 (free after 6 months) **Relocation package**: - Reimbursement of Airfare at the end of the 6th month of contract - up to 400€ in Economy class - Relocation from outside of Portugal: Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rent of 280€ with all utilities bills included (discounted directly from the payslip) **Relocation is required for the entire duration of the training and employment period.** ?LWB> Pay: 1,070.00€ - 1,330.00€ per month Application Question(s): - When can you start working? - Would you like to relocate to Portugal?
