As a **Human Sustainability Program Manager (M/F/d), you will report to the CSR Senior Director in the CSR department **based in **Obernai or Blieskastel **for a **permanent contract.**
**What** **you** **will** do?**
- Implement the human sustainability strategy, focusing on health and wellness in alignment with overall sustainability goals.
- Oversee and expand physical and mental health initiatives, including screenings and resources for employee well-being.
- Develop mental health advocacy programs, partnering with HR and external experts to reduce stigma and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with HR and external partners to implement tailored wellness programs based on employee needs and industry standards.
- Track, analyze, and report on health and wellness metrics to improve program effectiveness and inform senior management.
**What about **you**?**
- You have a Master’s degree in Public Health, Sustainability, Human Resources, or related fields.
- You have 4+ years of experience in managing health and wellness programs, corporate sustainability, or HR with a focus on employee well-being.
- You have demonstrated expertise in physical and mental health topics, with experience in corporate wellness initiatives.
- You have a proven track record in program management skills with measurable results in health and wellness outcomes.
- You have strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience in working with internal and external partners.
- You are fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is a plus.
