**Material Coordinator Job description**

We are looking for a **Senior Material Coordinator (M/F)** to follow and coordinate the delivery and redelivery of material and equipment required for the development of Offshore Oil and Gas fields.

**Job description**

Member of the Marine Operations Department at Paris La Défense, you will be assigned to projects to ensure, under the responsibility of the Operation Managers, the coordination of the receipt, transport, storage, delivery and redelivery of all material and equipment required for the Offshore Operations, interfacing with Procurement, Logistic and the installation engineers.

**Your main tasks will be**:

- during the preparation phase at the Paris-La Défense office:

- Issuance of the Material Management Procedure for the Operations
- Coordination between Procurement, Logistic, Onshore bases and Operations
- Maintaining the Project Material data base up to date on daily basis
- Follow up of the progress and reporting to the Operation Managers on Weekly/Monthly basis
- during the execution phase:
Continue on b, c and d as described above
- Possible travel on Site for critical Vessel mobilization and demobilization
- Prepare and ensure proper redelivery of the owned and rent material
- Issuance of a Material management close out report

**You are meant for this job if**

You are an experienced Material Coordinator with at least 5 years on large construction projects or offshore operations. You are fluent in English. You are mobile for few short trips on site per year. You are proactive with good skills in communication and teamwork.
