**Information about the position**:
As a Health & Safety coordinator, you will design and implement the company's policies related to health and safety at logistics facilities and improve employee working conditions. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE regulations within the company, all while taking into account its performance.

In this position, you will have the chance to be at the forefront of shaping our H&S practices and procedures. You'll collaborate with a dynamic team to create and implement solutions.

The role is based near one of our warehouses in Paris, Lille or Lyon areas.

**In this position, you'll**:

- Perform internal and external safety risks analysis
- Design specific awareness tools (training materials, equipment usage guides, signage) for the site to enhance the reliability of HSE procedures.
- Organize preventive actions on-site (fire drills, for example) and propose solutions in case of issues.
- Implement measurement tools and indicators to mitigate risks related to health and safety.
- Verify installations and their compliance by conducting site control visits.
- Accident response management, investigation and corrective actions implementation.
- Occasionally, respond to regulatory authorities' requests, including issuing technical documents and submitting mandatory administrative files, etc.
- Occasionally, draft study reports summarizing all the data (studies, impact calculations) and presenting various risk scenario scenarios.

**About you**:

- A first experience in risk assessment and H&S regulations
- Experience or knowledge of auditing activities
- Ability to develop and implement clear H&S procedures
- Great training facilitation, empathy, adaptability and listening skills
- Effective communication, both internally and externally
- Strong proficiency in French and English is essential for effective international communication.
- Strong project management skills are necessary for overseeing H&S initiatives successfully.
- Fluent German language skills are valuable for effective communication with our German team, but not mandatory.
- Availability to travel in France and internationally, averaging one visit per week.

**Equal Opportunity**

The salary range for this position is **€** **46,700 - € 63,200** gross per year.
