Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Key Account Manager Pharma is responsible for strategic sales targeting customer accounts with multiple influencers in the assigned geographical territory. The role involves promoting the company's products: integrated visual inspection solutions and services, particularly in the baby food, cosmetics, and consumer goods sectors. This highly autonomous position requires strong business acumen, planning, and strategic execution capabilities and will be located in Europe (France, Spain or Germany prefered).
**In this role, a typical day will look like**:
- Drive sales and business growth by visiting manufacturers of pharmaceutical products and medical devices, as well as packaging subcontractors, to offer innovative technological solutions and value-added services in your geographical area.
- Identify key decision-makers and influencers, while clearly understanding the client's decision-making process and purchasing process for investments and rentals with your designated clients.
- Target and develop strategic accounts by developing and implementing dedicated business and account plans.
- Develop and maintain a balanced portfolio of opportunities by working on a combination of short-term and long-term projects.
**The essential requirements of the job include**:
- ** Willingnes**s to travel**up to**50% of the time**.
- ** Proficiency** in French** and a good level of English.
- Proven success in direct B2B sales of complex industrial products and solutions, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, packaging industry, or visual inspection.
- Experience in using metrics, KPIs, and forecasting tools.
