As part of our Subject Matter Expert team, you will be an integral part of the sales force : you will be responsible for **providing technical and business expertise on our SaaS offer,** and responsible for the internal management of the offer, for meetings with clients and prospects, and for the commercial development of this offer.

**_ Your main responsabilities :_**
- Drive internally the SaaS offer assigned to the SME: raise the kwowledge on the offering of the sales team and all client facing person at Questel, supports the group’s strategic priorities
- Facilitate sales on the SaaS offer carried by the SME: prepare and present business cases, understand customer needs, support the drafting of commercial proposals, provide client feedback to group management to improve the offer and the sales process
- Act as a link between the sales team and production
- Drive the client base on the SaaS offer carried by the SME: methodology transfer, training and support, client event (pitch support, meetings, conference/shows)
- Help with the migration of the client’s data (in combination with our integration team)

**_ The perfect match _**

Master’s degree, engineer, or university scientific studies.
- IP paralegal for a company or a law firm
- IP portfolio management

Other key qualities include:

- being customer oriented
- having a good capacity to convince your interlocutors
- being a problem-solver, solutions provider to the client and able to think creatively
- ability to pick up insights within customer conversations and connect them to goals, customer success criteria, products or services
- Excellent listening skills and attention to details
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in **English, French and German required**
