**The Opportunity**

The “Innovation & Digital Experience Acceleration (IDEA)” team is looking for a creative-minded and intellectually curious young professional to strengthen our diverse team based in Paris.

We are part of the Worldline corporate “Communication, Marketing & Sales Performance” department with a mission to:

- Accelerate business through innovation & immersive digital experience
- Grow and nurture internal and external communities for co-innovation

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**

As a member of the IDEA Team, the Innovation Project Manager (IPM) will contribute to the development and implementation of the project-based transformation and community building activities.

S/he will be responsible for facilitating a smooth coordination of activities and stakeholders within different tracks of a project, developing relevant support material (for events and meetings), assisting in developing communities (with both internal and external stakeholders), generating ideas for enhancing services and digital experiences offered by the Innovation and Experience Center (IEC).

S/he will closely liaise with the Marketing, Sales, Communication teams, as well as several communities of innovators & R&D within the Worldline organization at the Group level.

**Who Are We Looking For**
- Minimum Qualifications _
- A creative and a curious person, with a track record in coordination, project management, operations and /or community building
- Strong organization, communication and coordination skills, attention to detail and proactivity
- Great spirit to co-create and co-innovate with a variety of stakeholders, including senior representatives
- An out-of-the box thinker, solution-oriented, who is driven by learning and growth and is keen to develop and realize new ideas and projects
- A Master's degree in business, innovation, entrepreneurship, engineering, social sciences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, a working level of French
- Demonstrated problem solving and analysis skills
- Ability to structure information in concise and appealing way, deliver presentations; facilitation skills are a plus
- Solid command of MS Office (Excel, Power Point) and other visualization software
- Preferred Qualifications _
- Previous experience in business consulting, corporate strategy, startup and/or project management
- Experience in community building strategies, stakeholder management, digital experience management, data visualisation
- Excellent communication skills
