**THE ROLE**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
You will be responsible for the performance of your extended team (direct and functional reports), regarding the following key topics:
Solution roadmap design based on functional target and prioritize against business cases incl. ROI

**Projects**: quality of deliverables, compliance with deadlines and costs, project management methodology & tools

**Team management**: recruitment, on boarding, motivation, training, management, sizing, assessment, coordination with contractors

**Stream management**: reporting, budget and governance

**Continuous improvement**: Finance technology intelligence and organization efficiency

**The scope is composed of 4 major areas**:
Cost control specific solution (Corsair VCR) and Tradeshift

Lines controlling solution (Load Engine) and BI solutions (SAP, Cognos, Qlik)

Accruals management supported by SAP BI specific solution

Revenue Control specific solution

**PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
With a 4/5 year degree in business school/ engineer

Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT/Finance project management

Seasoned in IT Finance market solutions of his scope and controlling processes

**Knowledge / Hard skills**:
Team management in complex and various environments,

Project management tools and methods,

Project phasis and content (from pre-study to hypercare),

Change management,

Risk management,

Fluent in english,

Office tools.

**Soft skills**:
Leadership

Defining and shifting priorities capacity,

Capacity to tackle several projects in parrallel

Communication towards all stakeholders (both written and verbal)

Team spirit,

Listening,

Initiative,

Flexibility and adaptability related to a changing and challenging context,
