Reporting to the Vice President of Worldwide Parts and Accessories Sales, within the Services and Solutions division, you will be responsible for developing and promoting the Manitou Parts and Services policy to the various rental companies and internal departments of the company. In this capacity, your missions are as follows:
You will be the main contact for our rental customers in accordance with the objectives and the Spare Parts BU:
- You will be responsible for customer management and will manage the various contracts with the rental customers based in your area.
- You will set up regular reviews, establish priorities in cooperation with local management and act as a referent on the various issues of customers and internal contacts.
- You will manage the direct Manitou customers in your area on all aspects of spare parts and accessories and ensure that the dealers have the right level of technical knowledge.
- You will visit on site to meet and audit customers and write reports in order to evaluate these customers against the Manitou quality charter standards.
- You will follow the customers and ensure that solutions for improvement are found in terms of organization and follow-up process in order to establish a retroplanning.
As a Sales Manager for rental customers, you have various objectives:
- You define a commercial plan,
- You contract and negotiate in English,
- You ensure the necessary training on the sales conditions of spare parts and the dedicated tools,
- You propose adapted commercial, communication and marketing actions,
- You analyze the stocks and potential of customers and make proposals accordingly,
- You report on these different actions to the head office and produce reports.
Marketing of the division's parts and services:
- You are in charge of promoting Manitou's services such as maintenance contracts, extended warranties and various service offers,
- You will identify customer needs and make recommendations in order to set up the services and marketing actions necessary to develop the business,
- You will be required to carry out sales actions during trade shows.
Ideally, you have a Bac+5 education and a first significant experience in a similar position in the automotive or agricultural field or with a knowledge of spare parts.
You are recognized as a true salesperson, which gives you great adaptability and team spirit. You have a well-developed technical knowledge and you are proactive and reactive.
Your ambition, your dynamism and your appetite for customer service are your main assets to succeed in this position.
Finally, you must have a good command of English as well as computer tools (Google Suite, Excel, etc.)

- Status : Executive- Flexibility : 2 days of home office possible
