Overview:
As **AI Engineer Intern - Product Support, **you will provide support to our AI Product Lead on a specific product. As an AI Engineer Intern, you will work closely with our Product Lead to assist in the development, optimization, and maintenance of our AI product. This internship offers an invaluable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in AI engineering and contribute to the success of a specific product within our organization.

**What you will do**
- Collaborate with the AI Product Lead to understand the goals and requirements of the specific product.
- Assist in the development and optimization of AI models and algorithms for the product.
- Conduct research and gather relevant data to support the AI model development process.
- Pre-process and analyze data using tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn to prepare it for model training and evaluation.
- Support the AI Product Lead in conducting experiments and tests to evaluate model performance.
- Help implement new features and enhancements in collaboration with the development team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists and Flight Ops Experts, to ensure successful product delivery.
- Document development processes, procedures, and findings.
- Stay updated on the latest AI research and industry trends to contribute innovative ideas to the project.
- Support the AI Product Lead in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the product.

Qualifications:
**Who you are**
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with AI advancements.
