Within the Product Management division, the Technical Product Development team plays a crucial role in bridging communication between the external world (client feedback, market information and trends ) and internal product, software, services and solution development teams, to bring high-value solutions to the market.

**Principal responsibilities**:

- Define and drive the product, and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Engineering and R&D teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with product goals.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Act as the technical expert and remain current with technology advancements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, to gather feedback and improve products.
- Provide guidance and support for the global team. Interact with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams and become an internal conduit for both product information dissemination and intake.
- Ensure the product meets market and customer needs by conducting regular market and competitive analysis.
- Develop and present technical product materials, including specifications, guides, and training materials.
- Support product launches by working closely with product marketing management and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional materials.
- Act as an ambassador and technical authority for products and technologies during virtual or physical events.
- Act as the Software expert for client-facing support when necessary

**Required Skills**:

- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps.
- Ability to work collaboratively and transversally with other divisions and teams
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Project management skills for creating and managing product development timelines.
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical product management position.
- Working knowledge of Agile Project Management, SCRUM Methods

**Highly Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of the music and live events production industry, including market requirements and technologies.
- Deep knowledge of the company's products, technologies, and workflows.
- Experience in product management for software-as-a-service (SaaS) or hardware-as-a-service (HaaS) products.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques.
