This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, ambitious team in Medical Monitoring. **Main responsabilities**:
Supervise and coordinate all Medical Monitoring team activities
Support the Director of Medical Affairs in strategy, goal setting, and team management
Prepare financial offers related to Medical Monitoring activities
Collaborate with Finance on forecasting and invoicing
Act as primary contact for clients and contribute to business development
Provide backup support to Medical Monitors when needed.
**Requirements**:
About You

**Experience**: Professional experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Solid understanding of the medical review of study participant data (verbatim, coded, or in a listings form) and electronic data capture (EDC) environments.
Strong experience in Medical Monitoring and team leadership
In-depth knowledge of clinical regulations (ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA, etc.)
Project management and client relationship skills
Leadership, autonomy, organizational skills, and teamwork mindset
**Skills**: Familiarity with outsourced service management (CROs, academic collaborations, etc.), Proactive mindset, with the ability to challenge needs constructively and support strategic decision-making.
**Education**: Scientific degree (Master's level - Bac +5) in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related Life Sciences
**Languages**: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. French would be considered a plus.
