**Job Description Summary**: As a Master Data Specialist - eDHR Systems, you will play a key role in the Worldwide Master Data Team, ensuring the harmonization, accuracy, and integrity of eDHR Master Data across global manufacturing plants. Reporting to the Worldwide Enterprise Data Manager, you will act as the primary contact for data-related matters, collaborating with Marketing, R&D, Quality Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Regulatory, and other key stakeholders.

The Supply Chain team are responsible to bringing billions of life-saving medical devices and diagnostics tests, high-tech instruments and equipment to customers and patients all over the world. Our aim is deliver these products at an affordable cost and of the highest quality.

**About the role**

As a member of the Worldwide Master Data Team, you will oversee the organization and harmonization of local eDHR Master Data. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the consistency and integrity of Master Data in alignment with Product and Process specifications.

Reporting directly to the Worldwide Enterprise Data Manager, you will take a proactive role in owning the harmonization, maintenance, and support of eDHR Master Data. Additionally, you will serve as the main point of contact for data-related matters across various departments within our Pharm System Unit and globally, including Marketing, Worldwide Quality Engineering, R&D, Supply Chain, Worldwide Operations, Customer Service, Regulatory, and more.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- ** Process Management**: Create, update, and document processes to maintain Master Data, ensuring compliance across all manufacturing plants.
- ** RACI Mapping**: Develop and maintain the Master Data RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) matrix.
- ** Reporting & Analysis**: Generate reporting structures to compare plant usage functionalities and ensure data consistency.
- ** Project Leadership**: Lead Master Data projects and provide expertise for any projects requiring Master Data support.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure data accuracy and integrity from the beginning.
- ** Superuser Role**: Act as a superuser, maintaining your network and providing training to users.
- ** Training**: Train plant Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on Master Data processes and best practices.
- ** Alert Management**: Manage alerts related to Master Data accuracy and take corrective actions as needed.
- ** Project Participation**: Actively participate in projects with TGS (Technology and Global Services ), Process Integrators, and Data Analytics teams, contributing as both a doer and an expert.
- ** Software Updates**: Participate in software update activities, including minor releases, to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

**About you**
- Confirmed experience in master data management and eDHR systems.
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience (M2) in Data Sciences or Information Systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems, and familiarity with MES (e.g., APRISO) is a plus. Solid understanding of Microsoft Office tools.
