About the Role

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, plan and deliver large-scale events for a variety of foreign clients across the year
- Proposal creation and pitch, when required
- Full logistics including accommodation bookings and all land arrangements throughout full domestic territory
- Supplier management prior, during and after the event
- Negotiating with third parties to maximize value creation
- Client and account management to ensure repeat business
- Onsite management of the event
- Budget management and post event reconciliation

**To succeed in the role, you should have**:

- Previous experience/working knowledge in the MICE industry for at least 5 years
- Fluent in French, English and either German, Italian or Spanish. Written and verbal language skills are essential.
- Extensive knowledge of the French territory and what it can offer in terms of MICE service
- Strong skills in Excel and Powerpoint
- Detailed oriented and customer satisfaction oriented
- Existing client portfolio is a plus.
