**Job Role**
As the Project Manager - Tenders & Onboarding in Allianz’s Travel line of business, you will play a pivotal role in managing the onboarding and integration of new Travel business partners into Allianz. In this role, you will be accountable to coordinate all technology and change management efforts required to ensure a seamless and expedient onboarding of Travel companies, such as airlines, travel agents, travel consolidators, hotels, etc. which includes but is not limited to embedding Allianz’s offer into our partners’ ecosystems as well as ensuring necessary integration with Allianz platforms and processes. In addition, you will work closely with our dedicated sales teams in creating and responding to regional and global tenders and proposals to win new business. During the onboarding process, this critical role is the main interface between our business partners, our technology partners, sales, and business units globally.

You will report to the Head of Tenders, Onboarding & Project Management (TOP) for the Travel Line of Business and will be part of a larger Global TOP team. This Global team is accountable for a vast and diverse portfolio of onboarding initiatives across multiple lines of business to support Allianz’s ambitious growth objectives. In this capacity, the Global TOP team is engaged in the end-to-end delivery of the onboarding experience from collaboration with sales to integration and implementation of new business partners into over 40 business units around the world.

This role provides a great opportunity to work within one of the world's largest insurance and financial services companies and engage with some of the world’s biggest travel partners.

**What you do**
This role requires thought leadership as well as planning and reporting skills, project management skills, resilience, effective decision making, escalation management, change management and holistic key stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Coordinate and manage the standard and non-standard implementations of business partners, collaborating across sales, business units and technology
- Proactive involvement with sales, facilitating a cross functional team in the creation and development of high quality tenders and proposals
- Effectively project manage timelines and budgets of multiple business partner onboarding initiatives to ensure the seamless and successful onboarding and integration of each new business partner while monitoring and remediating any risks or issues across multiple business units globally
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for new business partners, including API integration, platform enhancements, product configuration and end-to-end testing and implementation
- Manage communication with third party vendors, such as web designer/ agencies, content providers, technology providers, to meet defined timelines
- Monitor and report progress of all in-flight onboarding projects, including, risks and issues, with effective and actionable remediation plans

**What you bring**
- University degree or equivalent education in or Business School or Computer Science, or a similar qualification
- + 5 years of work experience in eCommerce or consulting background in international environment.
- Self-driven and organized, ability to steer topics, to prioritize effectively multiple tasks
- Experience in managing digital projects in complex environment.
- Proven track record of digital delivery.
- Ability to build trust with stakeholders.
- Enthusiastic learner and eager to ramp-up on new solutions, willing to take new challenges.
- Tech savvy, “can do attitude” and “problem solving mindset”, knowledge in XML is a plus
- Cross-cultural awareness
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), second language is a plus (French or German).
