As part of its ongoing development both in France and internationally, NUXE Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist - New Products (M/F) for a permanent position.

In the Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Evaluation Department, and reporting to the New Products Quality Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operational quality of products under development.

Responsibilities:

- Product Development Quality: Ensure adherence to quality timelines in the development process, including drafting technical documentation, conducting packaging tests, and approving finished products.
- Packaging Tests: Conduct packaging tests in factories.
- Product Approval: Approve finished products from pre-series.
- Quality Standards: Define and ensure the expected quality level during development.
- Development Meetings: Participate in various development meetings.
- Project Monitoring: Monitor development projects, alerting and taking positions on risks.
- Product Launch Performance: Track the quality performance of products during launch.
- Audits: Occasionally participate in subcontractor and packaging supplier audits.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Smartsheet, CANVA, and quality management software
- Familiarity with standards: ISO 22716, ISO 9001, GMP China, COSMOS
- Operational English
- Autonomy, rigor, listening skills, oral fluency, analytical and synthesis skills
