Aperçu:
In the role as a Store Visual Merchandiser, you are responsible for executing & maintaining corporate visual merchandising standards in the store to ensure brand experience & business growth to drive commercial success.

Responsabilités:
**People**
- Participate in regular trainings to continuously develop
- Partner, coach & develop team members to understand corporate visual merchandising standards
- Organize & conduct visual merchandising training sessions

**Product**
- Responsible for implementing window displays & in-store installations according to corporate standards & timelines
- Responsible that brand standards & presentation are met
- Partner with the corporate Visual Merchandising Team to plan & implement floor moves
- Awareness of current advertising & marketing campaigns, new product launches & update store visuals accordingly
- Be knowledgeable about Key Looks, seasonal buys & key items that the buyers are driving for the season
- Document work to Area / Retail Managers
- Put forward ideas & suggestions for the merchandising of the product
- Responsible for managing VM material orders (e.g. Mannequins)
- Assist in stock replenishment along with team members

**Performance**
- Be familiar with all company store & individual KPI’s & targets
- Developing instore presentation at the POS to ensure the customer the perfect guidance, increase sales & dwell time to o influence KPI's in a positive way
- Build & maintain a strong commercial awareness of competitors & local markets
- Countinous feedback to merchandise & visual merchandising team on how local markets compare with other retailers

**Customer Service & CRM**
- Responsible for product presentation (Window & instore) to support the team members in delivering Customer Service Excellence
- Participate in the organisation of special in-store events, where necessary

**Processes & Systems**
- Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology
- Follow all company policies (Health & Safety, Store Operations Manual, Global Staff Uniform etc.)

Qualifications:
Requirements for Position
- Experience in a similar position where the ability as a Visual Merchandiser has been demonstrated, preferably in a premium fashion environment
- Passionate & knowledgeable about the brand
- Experience in training & developing people
- Strong organizational skills, structured work approach with attention to detail
- Commercial mindset Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business
- Willingness to constantly learn & develop
- Fluent in English would be an advantage (spoken & written)
- Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology
- Passion for trends in fashion retail & lifestyle
