**Descriptif du poste**:
**Responsabilités**:

- Définir et communiquer la vision produit pour la consolidation financière.
- Gérer le backlog en priorisant les fonctionnalités selon les besoins métier.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de développement pour garantir que les livrables répondent aux attentes.
- Participer aux ateliers et réunions de planification pour suivre l’avancement des projets.
- Faire l’interface entre les parties prenantes, y compris les équipes techniques, marketing et les clients.
- Adapter et affiner la méthodologie en fonction des retours clients et des besoins.
- Anticiper les tendances du marché et intégrer les besoins clients dans la stratégie produit.
- Analyser les besoins métier en dialoguant avec les directions et utilisateurs.
- Garantir le respect des livrables, notamment en termes de qualité, budget, et délais.
- Superviser et coordonner les équipes, tout en allouant les ressources nécessaires pour mener à bien les projets.

**Votre Profil**:

- Formation BAC+5 en finance, IS ou commerce avec une expérience en tant que Product Owner ou dans un rôle similaire en gestion de produit.
- Capacité à travailler avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires et à coordonner plusieurs projets simultanément.
- Compétences en communication et en gestion de projet SI.
- Compréhension des processus de consolidation financière/contrôle de gestion et des outils associés. Maîtrise de processus TMA.**Nos avantages**:
