Coders Connect is partnering with Sanofi to recruit a Digital Product Owner to join its AI Workflow Accelerator, a strategic initiative building next-generation agentic AI products for field teams across the business.This role sits at the heart of Sanofi’s ambition to become an AI-powered, R&D driven biopharma organisation. You will play a central role in shaping and delivering an AI driven concierge style product designed to support field force teams, including sales, medical, and market access, across pre visit preparation, in visit support, and post visit reporting.This is a senior product role with very high visibility, operating in a complex global environment where stakeholder exposure is significant and decision making under ambiguity is essential.About the roleAs Digital Product Owner, you will act as the end to end owner of an AI workflow product, responsible for defining the product vision, shaping strategy with senior business leaders, and driving delivery with cross functional teams.You will operate at the intersection of business, process design, and AI technology, translating complex field workflows into scalable agentic AI solutions. In the short term, you will act as a true extension of the product leadership, helping to structure and accelerate a fast moving and highly visible product line.This role is not about managing backlogs in isolation. It requires strong judgement, the ability to challenge existing ways of working, and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders across commercial, digital, and global functions.Key responsibilitiesOwn the product from a what and why perspective, with accountability for value and impactCo define product strategy and roadmap with senior business stakeholdersTranslate complex field force processes into AI enabled workflows and agent based solutionsDrive product delivery with agile delivery teams, ensuring incremental value every sprintPrioritise and manage the product backlog in line with strategic objectivesWork closely with engineers, data specialists, agile coaches, and external partnersEngage and influence senior stakeholders across geographies and functionsNavigate ambiguity and competing opinions in a high exposure environmentInspire the team with a clear vision for what is possible using AI workflowsAbout youThis role is open to both internal and external candidates, with two viable profile paths.You may be an internal profile with strong organisational knowledge and the ability to challenge existing models, or an external hire who brings deep experience from another complex industry and can contribute immediately on AI workflows and process automation.Experience and backgroundSignificant experience in digital product ownership or product managementProven track record delivering complex digital products in enterprise environmentsStrong exposure to AI enabled products, AI workflows, agentic systems, or LLM based solutionsExperience working with complex business processes and operating modelsComfort working in highly regulated or global organisations is an advantageAbility to operate credibly with senior stakeholders at country and global levelSkills and capabilitiesStrong product judgement and strategic thinkingExcellent communication and stakeholder influencing skillsAbility to structure ambiguous problems and make clear decisionsStrong understanding of agile and lean product practicesCuriosity and learning mindset around AI technologies and new ways of workingResilience and confidence in environments where opinions are many and clarity is limitedWorking environmentBased in ParisHybrid working model, three days on site, two days remoteEnglish is mandatory, French is a plusNo regular travel requirementThis is a rare opportunity to shape an AI driven product that sits at the centre of Sanofi’s future field force strategy, with significant visibility and impact from day one.
