Join our Automotive Radar center at NXP TOULOUSE to develop solutions enabling the car to sense its environment for advanced driver assistance toward autonomous driving and zero road fatalities.

In this exciting role, you will be challenged by taking your part in the future of Automotive.

The **Radar-MME **business line develops advanced solutions for car infotainment and driver assistance. In Toulouse, about 50 engineers are working on automotive radar domain for autonomous driving. In the RADAR System and Application group, we are now looking for a junior system design engineer to support the development of NXP’s next chip generation.

**Your responsibilities**

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

- Modeling in matlab or SystemC analog or digital circuitries that are developed by the design development team
- Verifying a system in accordance with Requirement and architecture definition
- Interfacing with design and SW team to verify the overall operation and built the system model all along the development phase
- Support the S&A team to enable it to run system test cases.

**Your profile**
- Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering
- Familiar with programming languages (C,Matlab)
- Knowledge on FMCW radar signal processing (FFT, MIMO coding, antenna calibration, data visualization)
- Fluent in English language both oral and written to work in an international environment with colleagues around the world
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing
- Open to new ideas and have a creative attitude
- Taking initiative to spot and implement improvement
