**The Position**
- As our Regional IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of the regional specific IT Operations teams focusing on onsite IT support, IT infrastructure maintenance, ensuring IT Security compliance and seeking improvements to the relevant affiliates whenever feasible, in a more detailed way. Based in our office in Paris La Défense, you will be responsible of the following scope: 2,400 end users based in 18 countries (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Türkiye, Serbia, Azerbaijan, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Albania, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary and Croatia). Our role requires frequent business travels to the countries you are responsible for (at least 2 times per country per year). In more details, you will:
- Ensure that all IT operations and security services in the area are operated in cost effective way and per SLAs & KPIs- Perform people management for direct reports, including clearly communicating the strategic vision to team so they can deliver on goals and objectives- Manage vendors providing services within IT infrastructure, Service Desk, IT security and related contracts- Be the Business Partner for Global IT Operations to the Line of Business- Ensure agile prioritisation of activities according to strategy- Participate to innovative global IT projects

**Qualifications**- Degree in relevant field (Software Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent job experience- 7+ years of experience in a global IT organisation and 4+ years of people management experience in a large global company- Experience in Senior stakeholder management (SVP and above) and vendor management- Basic understanding of Agile principles, methodologies, and events. Ideally, you have the KCS v6, ITIL, SAFE AGILE or ITSM Certifications- Proficient in English for business (spoken and written)

**About the Department**
- The Regional IT Operations Manager position is anchored within the RITO (Regional IT Operations) team, which is a department of the Product Area called Global IT Support, located in the GITO (Global IT Operations) CVP area within DD&IT. This position is holder of key responsibilities for people management, stakeholder management, budget management & operational management within the EMEA central region.
