**We are currently recruiting for a new position**:
Global Head of IT - Ground and Rail (M/F)
Permanent contract based in Paris (92) or Marseille (13)
Reporting to CIO, with direct counterparts in business organization and participating in selected General Management project steering committees.
**Main areas of focus for his/her domain**:
For his domain, in charge of budget elaboration and IT spending follow-up, Resources & Capacity Plan (for central and regional budgets)
For his domain, responsible for all investments and Project deliveries (Cost, Quality,Timeline)
Resource management, hiring (for central and regional teams)
For Ground and rail, responsible of the merge & acquisition activities, projects or integrated subsidiariesExperience and skills:
Master in IT, Engineer or Business School
At least 10 years experience in Consulting or large IT Organization
At least 5 years in senior management position
Knowledge in IT, Finance and project management
