**The opportunity
As a Risk & Compliance Assistant Apprentice, you will join our Paris-based European team and support the compliance team in various tasks while developing your knowledge of regulations, policies, and operational set ups. This is also an opportunity to understand the FX business environment and challenges. You will work alongside a team of senior professionals and have the opportunity to learn from them while contributing to the success of the firm.

**Missions
- Client onboarding (KYC, Due Diligence etc.)
- Active involvement in the Internal Control process
- Preparation of the Risk Committee
- Contribution to Risk and Compliance strategic projects
- Contribution to the preparation of internal reportings
- Be an active member of the Risk & Compliance team with direct interactions with the Head of Compliance and the Head of Risk

**Required Skills**:

- A Bac+4/5 higher education degree (Master level) specializing in compliance, legal, or regulatory fields;
- Possess a high degree of personal honesty and integrity;
- Have an analytical and inquisitive mindset with a desire to learn;
- Pay attention to details;
- Fluent in French and English (essential).
- Have an ability to work successfully in a team;
- Be proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
