**Job Purpose**
- Ensure the efficiency of Line of Defense 1 (and of level 1 control in particular)
- Contribute to the definition and enhancement of the level 2 permanent control plan
- Assess the design, the execution and perform independent testing
- Report the anomalies and enhancements and ensure the implementation of appropriate action plans in a timely manner and ensure a proper monitoring of their implementation

To note: the Permanent Control Officer will be independent and will not perform any operational tasks

**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**
- Execute the level 2 control plan, in respect of delays defined, to ensure operations carried out comply with the policies/procedures of NBK France SA and the French regulatory requirements.
- Permanent control supervises all risks within NBK France SA
- Controls will be based on risk map, policies and procedures, level 1 controls result and reporting;
- Establish an action plan for the anomalies observed during the permanent control and set up a follow-up strategy.
- Monitor the implementation of action plans in line with the recommendation and ensure that related evidence are collected
- Contribute to the formalization of internal and regulatory reports
- Promote Risk and Control culture in the Bank

**Qualifications & Experience**
- University Degree with major in Accounting, Finance or related fields, and professional qualification.
- **Minimum 5 years of experience in a control function** (risk management, compliance, permanent control, audit)
- Knowledge of products and /or processes risk analysis and management
- MS Office Skills
- **Fluent in English** (essentiel)
