**About the job**

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Paris within the Spa Department in Paris, the Spa concierge is responsible for, but not limited to booking all spa treatments, explaining services to guests, perform Point of Sales activities including retail and checking in and checking out all guests in a professional manner.

**As**Spa concierge**, you will be responsible for the following duties**:

- To ensure the reception and care of our guests according to the standards of hospitality of the Mandarin Oriental group
- Advising customers and selling products adapted to their needs
- Manage the booking of appointments for treatments and organize the agendas of our practitioners
- Promote spa products and services to customers
- Establish the invoicing of the various services
- Ensure that the spa reception is properly maintained

**As**Spa concierge**,** we expect from you**:

- Minimum two years' experience in a luxury establishment
- Initiative and flexibility
- Rigour, attention to detail and discretion
- Excellent sense of service, courtesy and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, a 3rd language would be a plus
