**Job Description**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Engage and work in partnership with senior leaders in Commercial, Sales and Marketing
- Develop effective and innovative talent attraction strategies across multiple European markets
- Own, drive and contribute to recruitment projects
- Use data to inform hiring decision and engage stakeholders
- Be the brand ambassador for Mangopay
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to better understand the hiring needs and deliver a smooth onboarding experience for new hires

**Qualifications**:

- You have strong experience of hiring top talent into high performing teams
- You thrive hiring into a high growth, disruptive business ideally in the FinTech/Payments/Product space where speed and agility is more important than perfection
- You will be highly organised with a flair for keeping multiple plates spinning at once
- You are passionate about exceptional people and take pride in watching them make an impact
- You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable with using data to inform hiring decisions
- You are comfortable with change and ambiguity
- You are a strong and transparent communicator and if you speak multiple languages that’s a big plus
- You will have a collaborative and innovative approach to making sure we hire the best people
- You'll be a naturally positive person who works well at speed and when under pressure

- Intro call with Head of Talent Acquisition
- Sourcing project
- 1st stage with Head of TA focused on core skills and delving into the sourcing project
- 2nd stage with Chief Growth/Chief Revenue Officers
- 3rd stage with HR leads
