This position reports to the Sales and Marketing Director and is part of the Marketing Department.

**JOB PURPOSE**:
1) Under direct supervision of Sales & Marketing director, the Key Accounting manager proposes, implements & follows action plan in line with the global & local Hankook ‘s strategies.
2) The Key Accounting Manager is in charge of all sales activities to reach the objectives.
3) Her/His mission is to increase our market share and the SOA, develop & straighten a partnership under Her/His channels/customers responsibility.
4) She/He is responsible of the channel profitability.

**ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES**

Wholesalers:

- Manage relationships with customers.
⚬ Define annual price offer.
⚬ Support DFC (direct factory deliveries) activities.
⚬ Visit the customer’s local warehouses.
Fleets Mission: develop BtoB sales in PCLT to the fleet activities through:

- Direct fleet business activities.
⚬ Manage 3 parts agreements.
⚬ Direct fleet business.
⚬ Manage Leasing business relationship.
- Visit & manage direct relations with national fleets.
- service provider activities
⚬ Following Reporting activities.
⚬ Create & manage the dedicated or specifics offers.
⚬ Manage the specific agreements with some fleets.
- Manage relation with TBR to create a fleet dynamic ⚬ Manage & warranty a common activity.
⚬ Warranty full & clear internal communication around this business.
- Control sustainable & profitable offer.

Annual visits: 100 days, night out 35.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Provide, follow & reach an annual budget & MTP (Mid-term plan).
- Define, propose & implement annual action plan & offers to reach the objectives.

⚬ Determine and propose the sales conditions for his products or channels in link with price strategy & profitability targets.
⚬ Able to adapt the action plan according to the situation.
- Support & work directly with sales forces in link with the sale manager.
- Take in charge relationships with the networks & main customers.
- Develop our SOA (share of account) & new partnerships.
- Take in charge relation with European & Global HQ when need it.
- Report directly to Director sales & marketing.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**

Minimum 5 years' experience in this position, ideally in the tire industry.
BAC +3/4 in management sales, sales, marketing.

**COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT**

Salary over 13 months depending on profile + variable + profit-sharing + benefits Executive status

The position is based in Villeurbanne but the KAM accounting Manager will be required to travel regularly throughout France.
