**À propos du poste**
Nous recherchons un gérant ou une gérante pour superviser et diriger nos opérations. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion quotidienne de l'équipe et des activités, tout en veillant à l'atteinte des objectifs de performance. Ce poste nécessite une solide compréhension des outils numériques et des stratégies de marketing digital.

**Responsabilités**
- Gérer les opérations quotidiennes et assurer le bon fonctionnement de l'équipe
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de marketing digital pour augmenter la visibilité en ligne
- Analyser les performances à l'aide d'outils tels que Google Analytics et Adobe Analytics
- Optimiser le contenu du site web en utilisant WordPress, HTML, CSS et d'autres systèmes de gestion de contenu
- Superviser les campagnes SEO et utiliser des outils SEO pour améliorer le classement dans les moteurs de recherche
- Gérer les médias sociaux et élaborer des stratégies pour engager la communauté en ligne
- Utiliser Google Tag Manager pour suivre les conversions et analyser le comportement des utilisateurs sur le site
- Collaborer avec l'équipe pour développer des initiatives d'e-commerce efficaces

**Profil recherché**
Vous êtes la personne idéale si vous possédez:

- Une expérience significative dans un rôle similaire avec une connaissance approfondie du digital marketing
- Maîtrise de JavaScript, CSS, HTML, ainsi que des systèmes de gestion de contenu comme WordPress
- Compétences avérées en SEO, web analytics et utilisation d'outils tels que Google Search Console et Google Analytics
- Capacité à travailler en équipe tout en étant autonome dans vos missions
- Un excellent sens de l'organisation et une grande capacité d'adaptation

Rémunération : 30 000,00€ à 45 000,00€ par an
