To support our growth, we’re now looking for a **Senior QA Tester** to ensure a top quality as it’s the core to the experience we want to deliver to our players, and we want to make sure all of our productions are carefully tested and polished.

**What will you do ?**:

- Design all the test cases to go over to properly cover testing all the game features.
- Define standards of what tests to run in the different release contexts.
- Run and coordinate running tests our games and record the issues in a database
- Follow-up on bugs to ensure their status are updated
- Take part into the prioritization process to make sure deadlines are respected
- Communicate with the production team and the Game Lead to help drive the quality effort
- Manage the third parties and collaborate directly with the QA Team in our studio in Paris
- Ensure maximum quality on every games to deliver the best User Experience to our players
- Mentoring/Coaching of the more junior QA testers of the team

**Madskills Required**:

- **Hardskills**:

- At least** 4 years** of experience (mandatory) in functionality testing in a **Mobile Game Studio**:

- Familiarity and experience with iOS and Android platforms
- Rigorous organization skills and autonomy
- Ability to read data dashboards, crash analytics etc...
- Strong understanding of the mobile gaming industry (especially Casual)
- Good understanding of the User Experience

Softskills**:

- Sense of quality in gaming and have a strong game feel
- Fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Interest in video games
- Willingness to learn
- A team player with a positive and humble attitude
- Nice to have:
- Knowledge about automation mechanisms
- Knowledge in programming (C#) and Game Engine (Unity)
