**Description du poste**:
Nous recherchons un(e) **Clinical Project Manager** expérimenté(e) et motivé(e) pour rejoindre une équipe dynamique basée à Paris. En tant que chef de projet, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion et la supervision des essais cliniques (Phases 1 à 3), garantissant le respect des délais, des budgets et des normes de qualité.

**Vos principales missions**:

- Piloter et superviser les projets d'essais cliniques de leur initiation à leur clôture.
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans de projet incluant les échéanciers et les jalons, en ajustant au besoin selon les ressources ou la portée.
- Coordonner les équipes internes et les partenaires externes pour la réalisation des essais : sélection des sites et investigateurs, stratégies de recrutement des patients.
- Suivre les progrès des projets et les indicateurs de performance, en fournissant des rapports réguliers aux parties prenantes.
- Garantir la conformité avec les réglementations (BPC, ICH, FDA) et les politiques internes.
- Identifier et gérer les risques projets en anticipant et résolvant les problématiques potentielles.
- Favoriser une communication fluide et une collaboration efficace entre les équipes, les clients et les parties prenantes.

**Profil recherché**:

- Diplôme en sciences (Bac+5),
- Expérience d'au moins 5 années en gestion de projets cliniques dans l'industrie pharmaceutique ou biotechnologique.
- Connaissance approfondie des processus des essais cliniques et des réglementations associées (Phases 1 à 3 idéalement).
- Excellentes compétences en leadership, organisation et gestion d'équipe.
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet.
- Forte capacité d'analyse, de résolution de problèmes et attention aux détails.
- Anglais courant et français demandé.
