**Job Purpose**
To be responsible for and guarantee the quality of products and services provided to customers, serving as their primary interface for all quality-related matters.
**Main Responsibilities**
- **Customer Interface**:
- Act as the primary contact for the customer.
- Commit to resolving issues on behalf of the company.
- Represent customer interests within X-FAB France.
- Follow up on specific customer requests.
- **Product and Service Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance of products and services with internal procedures and contractual conditions.
- Validate and implement quality methods to meet customer expectations.
- **Internal Coordination**:
- Coordinate interactions between customers and internal teams (Process Engineers, R&D, etc.).
- Oversee analyses performed by group laboratories and ensure results are delivered within agreed timelines.
- **Quality Issue Management**:
- Identify and analyze quality-related issues.
- Organize the development and monitoring of corrective and preventive action plans.
- **Corrective Action Follow-up**:
- Lead corrective/preventive actions following customer requests or incidents affecting product or service quality.
- Ensure these actions are implemented effectively.
- **External Audits**:
- Participate in the preparation and execution of external quality audits.
**Desired Profile**
- Expertise in quality management, project management, and customer relations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in quality tools and methods.
