Corbeil-Essonnes, France **Purpose**: To support its growth, X-FAB France is looking to strengthen its Quality team. The primary mission of this team is to ensure a high level of quality in accordance with internal and external procedures and specifications. It is the key point of contact in the relationship X-FAB maintains with its customers and defines robust improvement plans. **Your missions** **Customer Quality**: You will be the primary contact for customers and will be responsible for: - Handling customer complaints within the given time frame (8D Methodology), - Validating and ensuring the implementation of quality methods and tools, - Organizing/Participating in customer audits. **Internal Quality**: - Lead the non-conformance management process to assess risks and decide on the disposition of parts, - Handle any non-conforming events or materials using the 8D methodology, - Get involved in projects aimed at the continuous improvement of our organization. You will be a key player in our continuous improvement plan: - "Zero Defect" program, - Automotive industry requirements. You will work closely with: - The stakeholders of our site (Integration, Online Testing, Process, Logistics, Maintenance), - Group partners (X-FAB Malaysia, Germany), - External customers. **Your profile** - Engineer or PhD with experience in the semiconductor field, - Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, - Leadership and autonomy, - Enjoy teamwork, - Ability to adapt communication to different situations/customers (internal/external), - Proficiency in quality tools (8D, 5W, FMEA, etc.), - Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards, - Fluent in French and a very good level of English.
