Job description

**Title: Contract Package Lead Engineer - Oil & Gas Sector**

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced *Package Lead Engineer* for their Brownfield project.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Compliance and Conduct**: Uphold exemplary conduct by enforcing company regulations pertaining to safety (HSE) rules.
- **Team Management**: Define team structure while directing personnel towards achieving collective goals within Brownfield operations.
- **Engineering Studies Oversight**: Manage crucial engineering studies ensuring alignment with H3SE standards, schedule adherence, cost-effectiveness, and quality benchmarks.

**Qualifications**:

- Engineering degree or equivalent educational background
- Proficiency in English language communication

**Experience Required**:

- A minimum of 10 years managerial experience within the Oil & Gas Industry or Construction field
- At least half a decade's tenure previously fulfilling similar roles

**Key Skills Include**:

- Leadership Abilities - Proven track record managing teams effectively through complex projects.
- Technical Expertise - Robust knowledge base enabling oversight over intricate technical documentation development related to oil field systems.
- Strategic Negotiation - Experience preparing contracts aligning strategically with defined guidelines; adept at supervising contractual processes from inception till finalization after FID (Final Investment Decision).
- Performance Evaluation
- Competent at assessing contractors' performance across various domains including health/safety/environmental compliance as well as quality assurance protocols alongside financial management requirements
