Reporting to the Managing Director of the French advertising demand team and working closely with the Head of Sales, the Revenue Growth Manager (RGM) will play a pivotal role in contributing to Criteo Retail Media's revenue growth, leveraging pricing and inventory yield to influence business strategies to maximize opportunities. In charge of « Revenue Growth » the RGM will be at the heart of the Demand team closely working with the Sales team and Account Strategist and always connected to the AX and the Supply team. The RGM analyses the current offer and the inventory dynamic to elaborate, coordinate and deploy the commercial offer in close collaboration with our retail partners. The RGM works hand in hand with the Supply team to maximize the opportunities on the current inventory. **What will you do?** **Pilot**e Revenue** - In charge of annual forecasts and landing simulation - Follow-up of dashboards and business status (booking and pipe) in real time - Communicate the result internally and to the retail partner on a weekly basis - In charge of the quarterly steering committee and forecast exercise - Track the delivery of commitments and set relevant action plan - Manage revenues with finance **Yield Management **:A**nalys**is &** optimi**z**ation **of **performance** - Monitor in real time the inventory saturation and their weight in the revenue - Identify saturated or priority categories - Best pilot available inventory (media, category, etc.) to maximize yield and optimize ratecard - Carry out more in-depth analyses with the help of the AX team (analysts) - Contribute to improve forecasting tools **Design the best possible c**ommercial offer** - Ensure relevance and quality of the current and future offer - Develop new sales materials in collaboration with marketing, the sales team and retailer - Ensure that those materials are impactful for agencies and direct clients - Develop revenue around special occasion (Back to School, Big events, Black Friday, etc.) - Set in place sales challenges to boost offer adoption - Optimize ratecard pricing according to supply and demand **Maximize** **product** **knowledge** - Boost product knowledge among sales teams, top accounts and agencies - Train partner teams & present to key accounts during local trade shows **Secure Long term growth** - Develop new products with the sales teams and the global product team - Along with Supply, Identify the technical developments needed to improve existing offer - Work closely with Product team / AX on continuous improvement of yield management capabilities **What can make a r**eal difference** **?** - Master’s degree from an engineering school, business school or university preferred - You are able to easily adapt to new tasks and move forward by yourself to ensure a successful resolution in front of unexpected problems - Excellent hands-on analytical skills, ability to use BI tools and extract business insights from data using Excel is key - Curious you can conduct detailed analyses and draw relevant conclusion and go to market action plans - A first experience as yield manager with a retailer is a real plus - Can easily think strategically while remaining very detail oriented - Ability to work in a fast-paced tech environment.
