Our Commodities and Global Markets first line Operational Risk Management Team in Paris collaborates directly with the business to ensure key operational risks are effectively managed and monitored. **What role will you play?**

As part of our team, you will partner with trading desks, operations, and wider group functions to develop a comprehensive understanding of front-to-back processes and proactively manage operational risks. You will contribute to a broad range of risk matters, assess new product and business initiatives, investigate incidents, and test the effectiveness of controls. Your role will involve managing the implementation of the operational risk management framework, including issue and incident management, Change Management process, Risk and Control Self-Assessment, and remediation actions.

**What you offer**
- 2+ years of financial market experience in risk, trading, support roles, or audit/assurance for trading businesses.
