Descriptif du poste
- Sous la responsabilité du Dirigeant de l’entreprise et du référent projets internationaux vous aurez la charge de:

- Coordonner un projet de mise en place de fermes pilotes avec un programme de formation agronomique en milieux arides, à l’échelle régionale. Cette mission se fera en appui d’experts seniors et chefs de projet ;
- Contribution à la sélection des fermes pilotes et à leur diagnostic agronomique, en appui aux experts seniors. Ces missions intègrent les choix méthodologiques, la préparation des missions terrains, l’analyse des données, debriefing avec les experts
- Coordination logistique des missions de terrain et contribution à leurs réalisations.
- Rédaction de rapports et livrables en anglais (contenu et mise en forme)
- Assurer la coordination interne du projet (organisation des meetings, suivi des planning, suivi financier), relations avec les partenaires et avec le client final.

En dehors de ces missions principales, vous participerez aux tâches transversales de la Société (suivi qualité, communication)

Profil recherché
- Compétences techniques
- Maitrise de l’anglais indispensable, oral et écrit.
- Bonnes connaissances en agronomie ;
- Expérience souhaitée en agronomie en milieux arides/pays du sud ;
- Pratique solide des outils de bureautique (traitement de texte notamment) ;
- Aptitudes personnelles
- Qualités organisationnelles et relationnelles
- Rigueur dans le travail
- Autonomie
- Réactivité et respect des échéances
