We are looking for a Project Manager Execution (PME), based in Octeville, part of the ECA EPM Organization reporting to the Lead Project Manager Execution (LPME). As Project Manager Execution, you will be responsible for driving day to day new Equipment Project Management operations from order intake to project closing, including on-site activities management. You will be the main contact with the client for all technical and organizational points directly linked to the project, to ensure deliverables are being achieved at the expected cost and to stakeholders’ satisfaction.

**Your Mission**:
Accountable for S-Q-C-D Projects deliverables for the assigned new Equipment Projects:

- (S) HSE&S - Required Health, Safety, Environmental & Safety Standards are being met. H&SE plan in place prior to the start of site activities.
- (Q) Quality - Deliverables are being met to defined specifications from the first time. Project scope and specifications are clearly defined.
- (C) Cost - Project deliverables, including on-site activities are being completed within the project baselined cost.
- (D) Delivery - Deliverables are being completed within the project schedule timelines/milestones.
- Ensure all required statutory and regulatory conditions are being met, including Sidel corporate values, governance and processes.
- Create a collaborative project team environment

Group of functional activities critical for the effective delivery of the project:

- Understand customer needs and contract specifications
- Manage and control project cost
- Contract management: equipment supply phase including third party equipment, shipment and installation and commissioning
- Planning, monitoring and controlling the execution of the project
- Ensure contractual deliverables are accepted by the Customer by signing off relevant certificates
- Regular and timely reporting to all the Stakeholders, internal and external
- Accountable to drive risk management and response plan
- Feed and update project management information system (SAP, SPOT, Issue Log, etc)

**Your Profile**:
Level of education and languages:

- Master’s degree or Equivalent
- Fluent in French & English is a must; additional language is a plus
- PMI Certification is a plus

Required experience and skills:

- 5 years’ experience minimum and proven experience in Project Management
- Experience in the beverage industry and Knowledge of Sidel Portfolio is a plus
- Knowledge of project financials, installation and commissioning scope and challenges
- Proficient in MS Office, Sharepoint. MS Project is a plus.
- Availability to travel up to 40%
