The Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration is currently recruiting an **Assistant** to work with its case management teams on a 12 months contract.
The role will be based at ICC Global Headquarters in Paris.
**The role**
The roles involve administrative tasks including:
- Electronic and paper archiving
- Follow up of cases under the supervision of lawyers
- Database management for the Court procedures
- Preparing Court’s documents and notification of Court’s decisions
**Requirements**:
- be well organised, efficient, and able to work autonomously with initiative
- have excellent computer skills (mainly Word, and Outlook)
- be able to work in a multicultural team
- have some administrative experience
- possess excellent oral and written English skills
- knowledge of another language such as French or Spanish is a plus
