**About the role**

Hi there, I'm Thibaut, General Manager France, and I'm currently looking for a **Delivery Specialist** to join the French operations team
This will be a customer-facing role. You will be on the streets, representing Vässla in front of our customers, ensuring the timely delivery of our e-bikes and e-mopeds while giving excellent service. **This role is based in Paris, France.**

**Your day to day fun**
- Assembling, maintaining and delivering/picking up of vehicles
- Making sure deliveries are on time
- Making sure that the vehicles are in perfect condition and working correctly before handing it over to customers
- Visiting our customers, both B2C and B2B
- Unpacking shipments, counting bikes, organizing & inventorizing
- Managing spare parts

- Excellent social skills and are service-minded
- A great problem solving ability and customer-oriented personality
- Fluency in French and full professional proficiency in English
- A class B driver's license
