Sous la direction du Responsable Sûreté du Cluster, le Data Center Security Manager maintient la posture de sûreté physique de ses sites avec le soutien du prestataire de sûreté.

Key job responsibilities
Responsabilités principales du poste :
- Répondre rapidement et calmement à tout incident sûreté en accord avec les directives du Responsable Sûreté du Cluster ou de la Région.
- Soutenir l'équipe du prestataire sûreté déployée sur site dans ses missions de supervision des systèmes de contrôle d'accès et de vidéosurveillance ainsi que d'enquête sur alarme.
- Investiguer les événements sûreté via le système de surveillance des alarmes et de la vidéosurveillance.
- Être force de proposition pour améliorer les process et opérations de sûreté en alignement avec la Politique sûreté de l'entreprise et les procédures sûreté du cluster.
- Signaler tous les événements inhabituels au Responsable du Cluster.
- Coopérer et coordonner avec le Security Operations Center (SOC) et les autres départements pendant les incidents de sûreté.
- Créer et améliorer constamment les procédures et process en utilisant des indicateurs de performance pour identifier les problèmes et les domaines d'amélioration.
- Développer une connaissance spécifique des divers process opérationnels au sein du Data Center pour identifier les vulnérabilités sûreté.
- Effectuer diverses inspections de sûreté, audits et enquêtes selon les besoins et les consignes.

- Plus de 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire dans le domaine public ou privé.
- Doit avoir participé à au moins 3 exercices/événements de gestion d'incident sûreté.
- Le candidat doit posséder ou être éligible au SSIAP1 et au TFP APS
- Capacité à apprendre et à s'adapter rapidement aux outils de l'entreprise pour la collecte et l'analyse des données
- Appétence à la gestion de données et d'indicateurs de performance
- Capacité à s'intégrer dans un environnement international et à voyager pour le travail.
