Cdi - Traffic & User Acquisition Project Manager

In a constantly changing and highly competitive environment, and supporting the EME retail and e-commerce offer teams, the EME Marketing & Communication Department is implementing all the 360° levers (RP, media, social media, events).

We are looking for a traffic manager and user acquisition specialist, with a good expertise on the app environment. You’ll be the point of contact of all different teams and will lead the app download strategy.

1/ _**OPERATE THE APP DOWNLOAD STRATEGY FOR SEPHORA**
- Define the right budget allocation across channels
- Define the KPIs to follow
- Creation of app download guidelines and best practices
- App store optimisation
- Launch A/B test and iterate tests

**_
2/ _**ANIMATION OF THE APP COMMUNITY**
- Work closely with our agencies
- Animation of a community of traffic managers
- Partnering closely with the creative team to create relevant assets
- _ Weekly, Monthly and Yearly analysis and reporting_

**_
3/ _**TRAFFIC & ACQUISITION**
- Work on transversal projects to optimize traffic and acquisition across Europe
- Support local market on performance analysis
- Create best practices on traffic levers (paid search, affiliation, retargeting )

**_
- _2 years of minimum experience in agency in an international environment _
- _BSc/BA in Marketing, Business, or related field_
- _ Fluent in English _
- _Good understanding of e-commerce challenges _
- _Current knowledge of app download best practices is essential to this role._
- _ Proven experience in app download _
- _Familiarity with tools (e.g. Appsflyer, Appfollow) _
- _Rigor and _Strong organizational _
- _Skilled communicator and teaching skills, able to collaborate with different teams_
- _ Business and priority oriented_
- _ Strong analytical skills and ROI mindset_
- _ Autonomy and responsiveness_
