Sephora University EME is a strong community of like-minded trainers and training managers from all over the EME region. We are in charge of training approx. 10.500 retail staff and are covering everything from: on-boarding to axes skills, servicing and selling techniques to store management. All of our programs are 360° with a strong digitalization.

Seen in all of our countries as a ‘Fun Place to Learn’, our mantra is ‘Every Day is a Learning Day’. Today we are looking for a key role in our new organization: Strategic Project Manager or called below: PMO

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:_**
- Organize, and oversee all SU EME projects and ensure they smoothly run and executed
- Suggest project management processes to the SU Director
- Measure the impact of all learning activities/projects
- Communicate KPIs
- Collect and analyze data
- Direct contact marketing/offer/Business
- Coordinate all translations for all retail modules

**Ensuring on time, on budget Project execution**:

- Deal with, 15-18 key projects per year
- Reach approximately 10,500 end users
- Increase speed of project delivery to 16 countries in EME region
- Keep ‘delivery teams’ focused on the main objectives
- During critical times: Suggest to SU Director re-prioritizing missions and shifting workload to get the key projects delivered on time.
- Use project management tools to increase efficiency:

- Maximize project quantity and quality, and ensure consistency across the region
- Draw on project management expertise to complete projects more quickly
- Propose to SU director a plan to optimize resources to improve the success rate of strategic projects
- Minimize the risk of distractions derailing key projects

**Ease co-ordination between functions**:

- Promote communication and collaboration among different project teams (by, for example, committing to the leading markets being with us to challenge, co-design and drive key projects bi-annually)
- Organize taskforces monthly and quarterly with stakeholders, ‘delivery’ teams and with countries
